What we collect and why

From the enquiry form we process your name, phone number, e-mail, arrival and departure dates, the number of people, the choice of occasion and the text of your message. It serves one purpose only — so that we can reply, confirm that the dates are free and arrange your stay. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

The sender's IP address is stored with the message. It is our only defence against bots that abuse forms to send spam.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a stay are deleted within a year at the latest. For guests who have stayed with us we keep the data for as long as the law requires — mainly for accounting and the other duties an accommodation provider has.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for advertising. The message from the form is delivered for us by the operator of this website, Jan Doležal — Kdo mi udělá web (company ID 21731730), acting solely as a processor. The site runs on a server in the Czech Republic.

The Booking page contains two embedded Google frames — the availability calendar and the map. What happens inside them is governed by Google's terms; we have no insight into it and no control over it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or have the processing restricted. Just write to the e-mail above. If you believe we handle your data badly, you can turn to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.

Cookies

We do not measure you on this site in any way and there are no advertising or tracking cookies of ours here. Nothing that would need your consent comes from us. The embedded calendar and map are third-party services, though, and may set cookies of their own.

Out-of-court settlement of disputes

If a dispute arises between you as a consumer and us as the accommodation provider and we cannot settle it by agreement, you have the right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, the body designated for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
